Rustic Torte` Gluten free Healthy

2 cups Gluten free flour
1 cup coconut flour
3Eggs
1 cup raw sugar
1tsp baking powder 
3 squeeze mandarin + zest
2 tbsp oil(coconut or virgin oil)
2 tbsp water
maraschino cherries =Amarena


Directions
preheat oven 350 degrees(175)
grease round pan.
In the mix  combine eggs and sugar
beaten for 5 minutes
add squeezes MANDARIN and zest 
keeping beaten add oil(coconut or vergin oil)
water
stop the mixer, 
add flour and baking powder
mix low speed until thoroughly combined
add cherries little maraschino juice
combined
put the batter in the pan
put some cherries on the top

Bake for 40 minutes, or until
a toothpick inserted into center
of cake comes out clean.allow to cool

Gluten free Orange Bundt Cake

CIAMBELLA ALL`ARANCIA
SENZA GLUTINE


3 Egg

2 squeeze Oranges plus zest
                                                                                                 
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tpsp water
Directions
preheat oven 350 degrees(175)

in the mix  combine eggs and sugar
beaten for 5 minutes
add squeezes oranges and zest 
keeping beaten add coconut oil
stop the mixer, 
add flour and baking powder
mix low speed until thoroughly combined
put the batter in the pan
Bake for 40 minutes, or until
a toothpick inserted into center
of cake comes out clean.allow to cool
(dusted the cake with confectioners sugar Gluten free)

Guacamole my recipe

Guacamole
avocado 
tomato
red onion
lemon
parsley
sal&peper
olive oil



    
Clean the avocado Cut all the ingredients
into little pieces Crush with mortar
Add salt&pepper olive oil lemon.
I adding on salad or use for dipping or I eat 
with Glutenfree toast
